this time next week hopefully I'll have all my stuff moved into my new residence!
yesterday's gym session was good - all the weights were increased and I managed to cope OK (no DOMS today at least!)...the ride home after work was a bit cool and very windy...
the wind picked up just as I arrived at footy training but nonetheless we had a good session...we are looking to win our second on the trot when we play Queanbeyan in our first home game on Saturday...
today I went for an easy run at lunch with the aim of running in tonight's 5000m Champs...

i've muscled up for the Tigers, I'll be ready for them, no broken wrist this time!
that is the plan re speedygeese...is Dickson still fenced off?
I am checking out Dickson asap, the plan is to start on 28/4 but will let everyone know.
