Recovery mode..

did the usual gym routine yesterday morning and actually had a good session (no leg exercises in this day of the program)...

footy training was a bit harder - we did a fitness bit in the middle around the centre square...with the team split into two and starting on opposite corners, we had to jog 3 sides/sprint 1/jog 2/sprint 2/jog 1/sprint 3/sprint 4 rest for 2mins then repeat in the opposite direction...of course the sprints weren't really sprints and I was feeling a bit tight in my right hamstring insertion/glute area...I ended up jogging two slow laps of the square as the last player was still going (one of our less fit players who was unable to do the faster sections but able to jog)...

I went for a run at lunch today...nothing flash...still a little niggle in the right hammie insertion/glute...
