Bruce G finished in about 9:30, Helen L was the fastest woman (so another "silver" for me)...Annie Young broke her ACT record by 30secs, amazing!

was originally going to do the 800m as well but was happy enough with my 3000m and didn't have the right mental approach to do another race...
