as you can tell from the title I didn't end up going to track...happy to leave it at the lunchtime run and ride to Mitchell after work...
this morning I did the bike/gym/bike thing...I think this gym session is tougher on my arms than the other one...
Customs at lunch with Tim chasing me (I wonder what his new handicap will be?) then ride home after work...
no baseball tomorrow (bye) so golf Saturday & Sunday (pennant match play) at Belconnen...maybe I'll fit some caching in as well!
