Jodie & I headed down to a very windy Amaroo Oval to conduct our own speedygeese session...Hux kept us company and did most of the session when he wasn't chasing swallows!

400m track...10 x 200m on 2:30...I jogged back around the track to the start for recovery while Jodie walked directly across...
effort times: 47, 47, 48, 49, 50, 48, 48, 49, 50, 49
warm down: 0.6k (jog back to servo to get drink for Hux) before walking/jogging the rest of the way home
total 6.02k in 48:17...avg HR: 134...starting temp/humidity: 16.2/48

Amaroo - translation in Ngunnawal language = windy place. That oval is always windy! Happy Christmas. :)
