2hrs 30mins!
this was hard work...basically ran around Forde, parts of Yerrabi Pond and then to Lake Ginninderra...a lap of the peninsula then clockwise from there around LG until eventually arriving at the Belconnen Basketball Stadium (Suze's boys were playing)...there it was a quick change to jump onto my bike and ride with Jodie for her 60min run back towards home...Suze picked us up when we finished, our timing was nearly perfect...
