Boxing...

boxing and more boxing sums up this morning's session...

only 7 attendees which meant someone had to be paired with the trainer and that was me...I got to extra stuff as well (ab work) because she didn't want to completely wear me out (!) seeing as (a) she wasn't boxing and (b) needed to keep an eye on the others & the clock...

should be a short net session tonight (5:00pm-6:30pm) so long as it doesn't rain...
