Weekend wrap...

finally back home after a full weekend in Sydney...

Saturday

left Canberra at 8am to arrive at St Gregory's at 10:30am...

played a 40 over a side match v Campbelltown-Camden...batted in pairs (didn't matter if you got dismissed) - 4 x 7 then 3 x 4...I batted in the 2nd pair but wasn't happy with how I went...got a chance to bat again in the final pair and was much happier with how I went...

kept when we fielded...got a stumping but dropped a couple of sharp catches 'keeping up...

we stayed at the Pacific International Apartments in Bankstown...

Sunday

up early to go for a run...decided to cut back the length from the planned 90mins...ended up doing two runs - the first part by myself and the second part with Jodie...based on a 2.9k loop...

played another 40 over a side match v Bankstown at Bankstown...this time if you were out you were out!

batted at 4 and made 75 out of 165...in reply they made 186 off their 40 overs...I bowled 7 overs for 11 in two spells - opening with 4 overs and bowling the last 3 from one end...

made it back to Canberra right on 7:30pm...

lots of good things cricket-wise came out of the weekend and will give us a few things to work on in the next 2 weeks before we head to Gunnedah for the NSW Country Champs...
