boxing, boxing and more boxing interspersed with lots of lunges (x 10 each leg), push ups (x 20) and squats (x 20)...
hard workout and with my heel feeling a little achey I've opted out of today's planned run...
will probably make it up tomorrow...

They say "time wounds all heels". But you have another excuse. Take care, still!
Don't let Spodychoff scare you. Back off a tad if the heel is bothersome tomorrow.
