why weird? because it was (!*gasp*!) Garmin-free!
how did it happen? well I got my gear ready last night for my early start but forgot to put my Garmin case in my bag - when I left this morning it was still dark and with the case being black I didn't notice it sitting above my bag!
so no HR stats, no splits (how will I cope?!)...BUT I did plot the route on Gmap (I couldn't help it!) and it came out at roughly 8.97k in 50:00 (so around 5:34 pace)...so a little quicker/further than usual....
weird!
