Easy 80mins...

originally I was going to be riding on Thursdays but until my body adapts to the two early morning starts on Mondays & Wednesdays I think I'm going to be too tired...so, the upshot is, I didn't ride today but I did do my planned 80min run...

practically perfect conditions, not too warm, not too cool, not much of a breeze, no rain...did seem to be less energetic in the last 25-30mins...

I've also planned my run for Sunday morning seeing as I'll be staying in Hornsby Saturday night...I'm going to do the main part of the "Hornsby Hurricane", one of the Sydney Strider's STaR runs...

actually this will be the third time I've used one of their STaR runs as a basis for a training run (previously I've utilised parts of "Wahroonga Wobble" and "Chatswood Chase")...maybe I should become a member?!?
