completed my run in cool conditions...it was trying to rain when I was about to set out but apart from a few drops there wasn't much...

slightly "quicker" than Sunday's run...it's interesting that my avg HR is quite high given that I don't feel that I was working that hard but I'm sure that will come down for these sort of runs as I get back into the swing of things...
and cancelled physio session...he did say I only needed to come back if I was having trouble...at this stage things are going OK...
