second day in a row no bike riding - I refuse to ride to work if it's raining but if it's raining for the ride home I don't have a problem!
another good DWR/S session today...had to delay the start because Tim's coffee cart has arrived (yay)...
warm up: 2 x 100m pull buoy + 2 x 50m backstroke kick
DWR = 35mins
cool down: 1 x 200m (!) pull buoy with paddles
might be having another session on Friday (depends if Tim's GF, visiting from Melbourne, will come for a swim!)...
been busy planning my ground transport for the GC - going to use the public buses...should be fun...also planning to do 1-2 caches while I'm there...

Over 30 hardy souls braved the rain at the BBQ Stakes today.
This event has been run when the rain has been heavier, even when the underpass near Lyons shops has been flooded.
