Cyclists even if they have a bell, don't know how to use it, or don't want to.
And they're of adult age, not kids.
By the way, two cyclists of adult age, last week were not wearing helmets.
Cyclists are a law unto themselves. :-((

I like the look of that 45:00 10k PB you've got recently. You've given yourself every chance to go sub 1:45 on Sunday. I think we'll get along well too! I'm a sports tragic myself, with Broncos and Bullets season tickets.
On the subject of cyclists, don't miss the next R4YL out late July. A team mate of mine has penned an article on road/path safety for runners.
