this morning was an early start to pick up Jodie for the trek to Braidwood for my 200th parkrun...

the uneven footing was challenging but I was happy to beat my freedom parkrun time from last week...

I then joined Jodie on her last lap as she finished 32nd in 44:16 using a walk run approach...18th female, 3rd W50-54...

we then called into the bakery to get supplies before heading back...

our last round of cricket was against the minor premiers...we had a mathematical chance of making finals but that involved beating them with a double bonus point as well as other results to go our way...

last time we played them (before Christmas) we lost by 72 runs...

I won the toss and elected to field...we got off to a cracking start taking two wickets in the second over...in the end we dismissed them in the 27th over for 119!...one bonus point secured...

our reply got off to the worst possible start losing two wickets in the first over for 0 runs! a partnership of 72 in 19.5 over steadied the ship and we bought up the winning runs in the 28th over! ...second bonus point secured...now we rely on other results...
