Tammie gave me a lift back to work after BBQ Stakes as she was heading to Sydney for a couple of days to support family during a harrowing court case...

the chiro was happy with my progress and I'm not due to see him again until 22 November...

Thursday walked the boys on time...parked & walked from the yacht club with cricket training after work...

went for a caching ride at lunchtime...gathered info for three multis and found 3/4 caches attempted...

rode back to my car after work then headed to training...after training I visited two WPs for three of the multis to get info for GZ...

Friday walked the boys on time...parked & walked from the yacht club finding two of the multis along the way...

ducked out before lunch to visit the second WP for the third multi and then found it...

collected the results and money from FkF...it seems they started dry and finished damp as the breeze changed direction!

had my usual net session with Jodie after work then did the shopping at Woden...

it was quite fresh for parkrun with a bit of a breeze...

started out my usual way...Judy caught up to me at the boardwalk then went ahead...I managed to reel her back in then extend the gap...knocked 15secs off for another PSPB...
