did walk the boys after work Thursday after Tammie gave me a lift home from work...watched the first day of the Test until about halfway through the middle session...

Fridaywas the usual...walk, walk, walk...I need to video FkF at the finish as we had a bunch finish within 2 seconds (7th-12th)!

this morning I volunteered at parkun (I try to volunteer once a month, usually the first Saturday of the month)...I was timekeeper...it was a foggy start and didn't really lift...in fact, I think it got colder...I was regretting doing my freedom parkrun afterwards rather than before like I have done the last few times!
