Kowen...

today's long run was on the Kowen Run 12k course...I think there were about 27 of us including two on bike...about 12 of us did the 12k with the rest doing the 21k...

I was glad to have the course on my map as there were some tricky bits between 8 & 9k...I ended up guiding about 8 through them...

then it was off to Eaglehawk to meet Tammie, Jodie & Lisa to head to the Collector Pumpkin Festival...we were there for about 3hrs...we had lunch there and found a couple of caches in two of the cemeteris right in the middle of the festival...
