knee to wall still nearly +8 (achilles is not the issue!), we went through various exercises - single leg squats on mini tramp, triple step holds on mini tramp, jumping off mini tramp, hopping up on to step, distance hops, footwork drills, side stepping, acceleration drills, cricket batting (shot to running; backing up) simulations...finally my physio (Mitch) announced he was happy for me to continue on my merry way with NO further treatment required, I'm clear to have a hit in the nets and he even suggested I aim for C2S (I'll have a think about that)...
had an easy run at lunch...it was slow and my legs were heavy...a blah run...
