the temperature was nice for parkrun although a bit breezy for my liking...ended up running a new post-surgery PB by 24secs...I started a couple of metres closer to that front and was clear of most congestion by Maccas...

I scored for the Barton lads in the grand final v Workers at O'Connor...for the second week in a row they bowled and fielded really well to dismiss them in the 32nd over for 128...

unfortunately, for the second week in a row they also batted badly but, unlike the semi, couldn't salvage a win to lose by 48...

I did plan on doing the speedygeese run this morning but in the end didn't get there...
