we stayed for the first two sessions of the test, sitting behind the Gilette chairs...it was good to see wickets fall with Sri Lanka 8/127 when we left...

Jhye Richardson on debut (3 wickets) fielded in front of us and Jamie managed to get a selfie with him...

Nathan Lyon and Mitch Starc also fielded in front of us...

yesterday we were up early to take squiggle to the airport - she flew to Canberra and then was picked up by her other mum for the drive back to Wodonga...

Tammie then spent about 4.5 hrs at Sin the Skin getting her latest tattoo - a totem pole with a bear, tiger, crow and shark...

the eighth round of the annual Yahtzee championship was held after dinner...Rachael won by 56 from me...

Tammie is leading with five wins with two to Rachael and one to me...we are also keeping track of the overall score - Tammie leads as expected with 13283, Rachael is second with 13210 and I'm third with 12718...

this morning I ran on my 22nd parkrun course - Forest Lake...a pretty course, mostly shaded with concrete paths and a couple of small wooden bridges...an undulating course, predominantly downhill to start so uphill to finish..55th in 32:04, greatly appreciated the half a pineapple zooper dooper handed out after getting my finish token!
