I asked for a refresh of my exercises so new for this week: rear foot elevated split squats, single leg squat with swiss ball, adding front & back toe touches to balance on foam, single (!) leg calf raises, jogging on spot with single leg hold...plus got ok to do full commute...
went for a 45min walk at lunch - was a bit breezy...
walked the boys after I got home...
got up a little earlier this morning but still managed to arrive late to work...
walked the boys, did my exercises then rode in...
