BBQ Stakes test...

persuaded Tammie to walk BBQ Stakes with me as I've asked her to do the Xmas Relay with me...power walked the first half of the BBQ Stakes in 32:27...then showed Tammie the way for the back half...most of the runners told us we were going the wrong way (first run of the month is reverse) but my favourite comment was being called a cheat by Kerrie...67:52 for the loop with a 30sec stop for Tammie to catch up at halfway - my long legs were striding too far for her!
