Saturday...

volunteered (#30) at parkrun - barcode scanning...

did 20mins on the BRunner...

scored for the Barton lads at Melba - they got flogged...all out for 86, Gungahlin got the target 6 wickets down in the 34th over...

Sunday...

played 18 holes of golf in the medley par comp with Tammie using a cart...managed to play close to my handicap with -3 while Tammie had -10...meanwhile the Aussie women won their 4th World T20 title defeating England in final...

had dinner at Jodie and Lisa's for Jodie's observed birthday while watching the 3rd T20 between Australia and India...

today...

physio session #10: another solid workout...tried lateral stepping with 10kg (ordinary), stationary lunge with foot on balance mat (better this week), walking lunges (ordinary), "jog" on mini tramp (good!), push step (not hop) onto balance mat to stick landing (good), seated calf raise with fast lift as opposed to controlled (good), double calf leg raise with single leg lower to flexed knee (better this week), single leg balance pulling theraband across body (injured leg away from anchor point for one set then injured leg closest to anchor point on the second set)...wants me to try walking 9 holes this weekend...

had my 12 week review and was surprised to see that the fragment which had been screwed back in place had split...the surgeon seemed confident that the repair would hold and that I could continue on with my rehab...

I have to see him again in 6 weeks but don't need an x-ray this time...

not sure I share his confidence but I guess I will find out...
