going a slightly different way which adds a little bit of distance (~350m)...

I went for my first swim session in just over 11 years at lunch...last time I did any sustained swimming was when I was rehabbing from my heel surgery...
had to laugh, I filled in the paperwork for a multi-visit pass and Matt, the YMCA person, firstly asked if I had a concession card and then asked me my age because he couldn't figure it out from my DOB on the form...in the end he said I was close enough to 50 and only charged me the concession rate!
I did 350m all up...
- 2 x 50m
- 1 x 50m with pull buoy
- 1 x 50m with pull buoy as kickboard
- 2 x 50m with pull buoy and webbed gloves
- 1 x 50m
I'm getting some tips from Tim on how to improve...I'm planning to swim Mondays & Thursdays...
