back for swim #2...

I did 700m all up...

• 2 x 50m
• 2 x 50m with fins
• 2 x 50m with pull buoy
• 2 x 50m with kickboard (kicking technique abysmal)
• 2 x 50m with fins & kickboard
• 2 x 50m with pull buoy & gloves
• 2 x 50m

GPS dropped out for 2:58 on the ride home...it normally drops out in the tunnel but picks up not long after I exit...this time it didn't pick up again until Deakin...

up on time again this morning...walked the boys then rode in into a headwind...
