BBQ Stakes #111...

Sunday I did intend to do the speedygeese short run but it was too cold and windy for my liking...

didn't do much really!

Monday and Tuesday I did the St John 2-day Provide First Aid course at Deakin...I'll be taking on the FA duties on my side of the floor so I'll be hanging up my Fire Wardens cap (can't be both)...

I walked the boys Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon..

I was up on time this morning to walk the boys before riding in to work...
