opted to bus in to work instead of ride....
no rabbit to chase today as she had yet another lunchtime meeting...she did however appear in time to hand out the place cards and then head off on her own run...
I started off 15:45...I still walked the steeper bits but was faster (even though it didn't feel like it!) on the other bits thanks to the cool conditions...finished 11th in a gross time of 49:32 so I'll add another 30secs on for my next run...

Is "stilled walked" walking really slowly ;-) Thanks for being a good rabbit - I ran faster than usual, thinking we would catch the real rabbit!
