Stick insect...

there was a largish stick insect on the back deck seeking shelter from the rain last night...it was still there this morning despite some inquisitive dogs...

walked the boys before taking Hodge to the vet for his annual check up/vaccinations/heartworm injection...caught the bus in so I wouldn't be too late...

an easy run at lunch, glutes (yes, both of them now) still niggly...
