the control descriptions for 4 (listed as bench) & 5 (listed as light pole) had been swapped so that caused confusion for some...
Jodie mentioned she had felt a bit wheezy at lunch on her walk but figured it was because she was rushing...unfortunately it affected her on the course...firstly I lost her moving from 4 to 3...at the start I had told her to avoid the ride to 5 (straight uphill) and meet me near 2...I kept looking over my shoulder but she didn't catch up until halfway between 2 & 1...turns out she had had to walk up the hill towards 3 before getting back on the bike...she continued to feel out of sorts and eventually we parted ways after 8...it took her about 15mins to get back to the start as she had to do some more walking...
hopefully it's nothing serious...

was warm for this morning's walk and sweaty for the ride in...one of the stoppages on the ride in was caused by the Falun Dafa/Falun Gong protestors triggering the Floriade pedestrian lights on Commonwealth Ave to hold up traffic while they held up all their banners on the middle island...interesting tactic...
