in contrast to yesterday's run, it was about 15 degrees cooler, raining with a headwind from the start...

still off 21:30...managed to get back under 30 and hold off Andrew B in a sprint finish...finished 26th...

Twilight O is at Stirling Ridge (Yarralumla Bay) tonight...no Jodie as she is currently in hospital getting tests to see what's wrong with her breathing...she was due to have a doctor's appointment this afternoon but went to emergency instead as she was worried...currently she is wired up - they have taken bloods with a chest x-ray to be done...one concern is our recent travel and DVT...

if she's still there when I finish O I will call past the hospital...
