On/off...

up before light to walk the boys this morning...still damp but the wind is helping things to dry...it did drizzle a couple of times...I decided not to ride because I couldn't be bothered with it being windy!

changed things up with my lunch run, incorporating 20 x 30on/30off in the middle...was hard work in the wind...
