I had a small window of opportunity for last night's ride home and I took it...there was some rain at the start but it had eased by halfway and stopped about 15mins from home...

did an easy run at lunch, crossing paths with 5 of the Ultra runners...gave each of them a cheer and perhaps inspired by their efforts I managed a very comfortable run...
