walked the stairs at work (7 floors worth) on two occasions in the morning...

went to the gym...20mins on the elliptical trainer...

drove to dog school (yay)...Hodge had a good night!

walked Hodge

drove to Wodonga to pick up squiggle after she finished school...found 4 caches along the way, including one in Wodonga which we had DNF'd last time...

Saturday

walked Hodge and Hunter on the long walk

spent the day at the Canberra Show with Tammie, squiggle, Jodie and Lisa...

Sunday

walked Hodge

had brunch at Caph's while Jodie and I were being interviewed for a book on ACT cricket (an update to the one written by Don Selth)

took squiggle back to Wodonga - Tammie drove down, I drove back

yesterday

didn't walk Hodge

went to the gym...20mins on the elliptical trainer...then hopped onto a bike for 5mins of proper pedalling...

today

walked Hodge

joined another kickstarter campaign - this time for the Airpocket

went to the gym...20mins on the elliptical trainer...followed by 5mins on the treadmill, jogging (!)...then hopped onto a bike for 5mins of proper pedalling...

phew...
