last night I figured out how to make a timelapse style video out of my photos so eventually I can put together a clip of my knee healing...
today I got my ambulance bill dealt with...
after work was orienteering at the ANU...this was a sprint event based on a championship-style approach...this meant that we didn't get our maps until after we had started - no pre-run planning...
this was the 12th event of the Twilight O series...I persuaded Jodie to do the Orange 1 course...she was worried that I would still beat her and she ran with the "monkey of humiliation on her shoulder"...in the end she beat me by 5:44!

was good fun...I miss next week's event as I'll be coming back from Wagga...2 of the remaining 3 events after that are sprint events (Radford and Commonwealth Park) so I look forward to "racing" her on those!
