Saturday
walked Hodge in the morning then didn’t do much else until later in the afternoon when I took Hodge over to Suze’s place…stayed for an early BBQ then home by 7pm… Sunday
walked Hodge then headed to the Hall markets with mum and dad…
afterwards did some caching – found 10 out of 11…
started to suffer hay fever…
Monday
walked Hodge then played golf (stableford)…average score but did get nearest the pin on the 18th to win two balls…
Tuesday
walked Hodge, played golf (stableford; only 12 holes because play was slow!) then off to Manuka to score the day/night ICC World Cup warm up match between ACT and Ireland…
Ireland scored 8/302 and then dismissed ACT for 178 with 10 overs to spare
Wednesday
back to work!...didn’t walk Hodge in the morning but did take him down the oval with Tammie and Hunter after work…
Thursday
back to Manuka to score the second match between ACT and Ireland, this time a day game
ACT batted much better this time, having been put in and made 5/305…Ireland managed to get the runs 9 wickets down with 10 balls to spare…
form there I had to rush to Mitchell for Hodge’s first class at bronze level…with technical difficulties at the cricket, I didn’t finish until 6:25pm so I was very lucky that Tammie could meet me there with Hodge for a 7pm start
today
back to work again!
walked Hodge before work and then did FkF..
cloudy so humid...lots of Floriade traffic still, more dodging of pedestrians...24 runners...I started off 11:00, back 15secs...managed to cross the line second and hold off a fast finishing Leanne W this time…not bad for no running or cycling for a week…
this one ranks as 268thrd overall, 61st out of 68 on the Floriade course...
