walked Hodge as usual in the morning...skipped gym at lunch but had a good footy training...we had much better numbers than Tuesday...
Friday
I had the day off work as we were due to pick squiggle up from Gundagai to spend the weekend with us...
we took the opportunity to start the Endangered Species power trail near Bookham...we managed to find 100 of the 111 caches (a new daily record for both of us) before we had to leave to get to Gundagai on time...
we did one more cache on the way home near Jugiong which I had previously DNF'd...

Saturday
I walked Hodge on our new weekend loop where he spends most of the time off lead...
we headed out to Corin Forest around midday - we spent a few hours there...Tammie and squiggle rode the alpine sled before squiggle had fun tobagganing in the snow area...we had a break for a late lunch before squiggle hit the sloeps again...
on the way home we called into Gibraltar Falls to find a cache...the falls were very pretty...we stopped for another cache at Woods Reserve before finally getting home...

Sunday
we played Tuggeranong at Greenway which is a home game for me...
over two and half quarters of footy I managed one mark, three kicks and one goal before heading off after hurting my achilles while jumping to attempt a spoil...I was pretty much restricted to a decided hobble...it was on the same leg that I injured earlier in the year...
we ended up losing by 49 points...but it could have been a lot worse as Tuggeranong's accuracy was astray...
after footy I met Tammie at Gold Creek maccas as we had to return squiggle to Gundagai...
afterwards we completed the power trail before dark...
we also got to see how cool the supermoon looked as we drove home...
Monday
I took the day off work to ice and rest my leg...wouldn't have been much fun hobbling around work...
Jodie kindly walked Hodge after work for me...
Tuesday
I managed to get up and take Hodge for a walk...I was walking much slower than usual and he kept checking on me...
I went to the doctor before lunch and got a script for anit-inflammatories as it looks like I've aggravated the insertional Achilles tendinosis picked up in the MRI in May...
once back at work I organised physio for Wednesday...
I still went to training but only to help out with drills, not to actually train...
