Thursday saw a windy walk with the boy...he goes a bit silly in the wind...
had a solid gym session at lunch and footy training after work...this week we take on the reigning premiers at arctic Amaroo, will be a tough challenge...

today was the point score presentation for the first half of the year for FkF (aka Customs Joggers)...in a nod to the weather we started and finished near the pavilion next to the playground...while most did a pack run on a different course I run the normal course...
the temperature was OK but it was quite windy...given my leg is not 100% I was happy to only be a little slower than last week...
