The rest of my marathon program...Days 92-133

Days 92-98

  • Mon - Parliament House intervals
  • Tue - an easy 30 minute jog
  • Wed - an easy 45 minute run.
  • Thu - Vets track 3000m race at 6:00pm or 8:05pm, whichever suits you. You could do both if you like!
  • Fri - an easy 30 minute run
  • Sat - 20k time trial
  • Sun - 60 minutes easy

Days 99-105

  • Mon - Parliament House intervals
  • Tue - an easy 30 minute jog
  • Wed - a 60 minute run.
  • Thu - an easy 30 minute run
  • Fri - an easy 45 minute run
  • Sat - an easy 30 minute run
  • Sun - 7:30am Weston Creek Half Marathon full effort!

Days 106-112

  • Mon - a 45 minute run
  • Tue - an easy 30 minute jog
  • Wed - a 45 minute run
  • Thu - Vets track 5000m race at 7:50pm
  • Fri - an easy 30 minute run
  • Sat - 5k time trial
  • Sun - a 90 minute run

Days 113-119

  • Mon - Parliament House intervals
  • Tue - an easy 30 minute jog
  • Wed - a 30 minute run
  • Thu - Vets track 5000m championships race at 7:50pm
  • Fri - an easy 30 minute run
  • Sat - 10k time trial
  • Sun - a 60 minute run. 90 if you are feeling very good. revised to 180 minutes

Days 121-126

  • Mon - Parliament House intervals
  • Tue - an easy 30 minute jog
  • Wed - a 60 minute run
  • Thu - Vets track 3000m race at 6:00pm
  • Fri - an easy 30 minute run
  • Sat - 5k time trial
  • Sun - a 75 minute run

Days 128-133

  • Mon - a 45 minute run
  • Tue - 2k time trial
  • Wed - a 60 minute run
  • Thu - an easy 30 minute run
  • Fri - only do a "warm-up" jog as I am guessing you will not want to miss a day!
  • Sat - an easy 30 minute run
  • Sun - marathon!
