went off early on 7:00 (as opposed to off late on 7:00 last night - speedygeoff picked up the coincidence!) and cruised through the finish in a net time of 28:29 before continuing on to finish my 30mins...I'll be doing the same thing next Friday...

Sunday - I'm taking squiggle to the Royal Canberra Show at 9am courtesy of some free tickets via Liv...I'll have breakfast with them and have a bit of a look around before leaving squiggle with Jodie, Liv and Kit at 11 to head to Yowani for the next round of pennant golf (due to some unavailabilities I move from #3 to #2)...I'll then collect squiggle afterwards...the last item on the list for the day will be to do an easy 60mins...
