Slow...

a slow ride into work this morning thanks to a fair headwind...and, as expected, it was windier on the way home so even slower...still waiting to see if I'm going to get swooped somewhere along the way!

managed to get the gym at lunch...had to switch things around due to lots of people but it was a good hard session...
