DOMS from yesterday's gym session struck, particularly in my calves and in the quads just above my knees...this made for a slow run at lunch although it was windy too...
the ride home was a race against the impending storm and I just made it in what must be a PB time!
it was a very heavy but relatively brief storm...made driving on the parkway slower than usual...
had a nice dinner at Suze's then learnt how to play Bananagrams...very cool...
