it was quite a cool day...although the rides to and from work weren't too bad...
footy training was held in quite cold conditions - at the end of training (just before 8) the apparent temperature was MINUS 4!
today I was back on normal timing...the ride into work was very fresh!
gym session at lunch...this week's session has three parts after a warm up on the treadmill - strength work (tricep dips/bench push ups with clap, scapular wall slides/bent over dumbbell rows), a mini cirucit (box jumps, plyometric lunges, running skips) and an ab circuit (pulse crunches, side planks, planks)...
