a short gym session (40mins), just some easy stuff...
I did ride to Kambah with my short pants and normal gloves and all was good...not too cold at all but I'm sure that will change!
this morning I rode in a little later as I had to do the school run to help out...was nice and toasty by the time I got to work!...unfortunately I left my Garmin on all night so it died 3mins in so I only have the basic stats for the ride from the Cyclemeter App...
on the way to FkF #237, I met up with Tim who was also jogging to the start...was good to have a chat on the way...
it was another big turnout...Cookie got there late, missing her start time of 11:30 so went off 13:00...speedygeoff started off 14:30 with Tim and I starting off 14:45...
conditions were quite still but it was warmer than usual...I think I went a little too fast in that first k (oops) and paid the price in the 4th & 5th ks...
was pleased to run my third consecutive sub 22 time for the first time...Cookie managed 25:50 while speedygeoff increased start gap to finish with 21:30...
tonight is the Jets Trivia Night - beware the Mauritian Desert Penguins!
