a good session in the gym, my exercises change every two weeks so it keeps me on my toes...pardon the pun there as calf raises were included this time!
the ride to Kambah wasn't as cold as I thought it would be...had to take my gloves off as my hands were too hot...will probably have to carry my normal gloves and short bike pants to cater for this...
today was a day off work for me so I did my run in the morning...then followed a leisurely ride on the bike finding 21 caches...
later in the afternoon I rode home...it was nice to be riding in the warmth but it was hard work!
footy training was good...numbers were good again but it wasn't too strenuous...I'll be playing in the ruck this weekend then I'm being rested for the game against ADFA which will end my run of consecutive games since returning from my broken wrist...I think it will be 43 not 44 (I will have to checked)...

Rested! Running the Half Marathon?
Much as I would like to, the expectation is that all players who aren't playing still attend to act as runners/water carriers/goal umpires/general supporters...although the HM starts at 8am, I'd be cutting it very fine to make it to the game on time...
