did the same core & flexibility session at lunch as last week - bought a mat to cushion the ground...did it on Stage 88 as there were a few spots of rian in my warm up...my legs are much better after Tuesday's gym session, only feeling it just above the inside of my knees...
the ride home was very slow...I am so over headwinds!
