attendees (18 for the main session): Andrew, Andy, Colin, Cookie, Craig, Derek, Ewen, Garry, Jen, Lincoln, Peter, Rae, Ruth, Sarah, SG, Susan, Verena and me...
warm up: 2.39k (usual lap + jog to oval + jog to bottom of hill)
the plan was 17 ~90m hills on 90sec with attrition to knock the slowest out
I managed 7 hills before being knocked out, I then did 8 more (4 of which were only half hills) as my heel was starting to niggle...Peter won in a photo from Colin...Sarah was the last to get knocked out...the last two hills were done on people's own time (I obviously didn't do those!)
rough times for each set/rest:
26, 28, 29, 29, 24, 26, 25, 35, 36, 17, 14, 15, 29, 16, 24
warm down: 1.26k (reverse 3/4 lap back to stairs)
total 6.39k in 61:34...starting temp/humidity: 21.1/34% (apparent temp same)...avg HR: 140...

a quick round of golf (stableford) this morning...played three over my handicap (32pts) so the plan to break my handicap will have to wait for my next round on Saturday...had three holes where I didn't score a point so a good score wasn't too far away...did birdie the 7th....

Good to have you back Bron. Not putting the garden shed on you to beat Sarah anytime soon, but maybe top-5 in a couple of months.
