Christmas week...

Monday

spent the day at the coast...had fun fishing - our haul (most of which was released) included flatheads, bream, yellowtail, rock cod, octupus and a crested hornshark

Tuesday

spent the morning giving and receiving presents then had Christmas lunch with mum & dad at Tim's & Erin's apartment on London Cct...

Wednesday

watched some cricket, did some shopping at BCF...

met up with Cookie for a Ngunnawal hill session...

• warm up: clockwise loop of hill - 1.78k
• session: 3 x 230m hill efforts with 600m jog recovery
  rough times: 1:09/4:23, 1:14/4:37, 1:17/4:23
• warm down: anti-clockwise loop of hill - 1.76k
• total 6.11k in 42:34...starting temp/humidity: 19.6/42%...avg HR: 151...

surprisingly my times were similar to the first time we did this session (albeit an effort short)

I trailed Cookie on each one...I still need to get my endurance back

Thursday

golf - 33pts so played to 15 instead of 13 however it was one of my best 8 rounds in my last 20 so becomes a flagged score and my exact drops back to 13.2...

today

a social round of golf - first 9 holes were good (to my handicap) but the last 9 holes were not so good!

finished in time to see that Mitchell Johnson got Player of the Match with the test over well inside 3 days!!
