back to the gym...Day 2b of the program...all went well except I think I strained something in my left bicep doing the incline bicep curls...increased weight for the back extensions...
then it was time for more golf, now off 14 I still managed to fluke another good round and played 2 shots better than my handicap!
watched the cricket then spent the late afternoon cycling around Holt & Macgregor caching...

today's round of golf was a social one so we used a cart instead of walking...good fun had by all after a slow start...I shot 2 under my handicap again...hope the streak holds as I have two more comp rounds booked before I'm back at work...7 rounds in 10 days...woo hoo...
back home in time to watch the end of the cricket (last 4 wickets)...bring on the second test!
