Friday
a day off work - gym in the morning, rode to & from home...Day 2b of the program...
easy day the rest of the day...did some preparation for this week's house inspection...
Saturday
easy 50mins in the morning..quite warm from the start...took it pretty easy after Thursday's efforts...

played a round of social golf and managed to score my first ever eagle on the par 4 4th...!!
then it was off to the speedygeese session at Parliament House...
